A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required when booking an appointment. The deposit goes towards your service on the day of your appointment, remaining amount is to be paid in CASH/ ZELLE. There is a 10 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are past the 10 minute late mark, you will forfeit your deposit. It is at our discretion to decide if we will have enough time to take your appointment. If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW/LATE NOTICE your appointment will be canceled and you will forfeit your deposit, as well as be charged 100% of the services booked. If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment you must do so prior to the 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or be charged 100% of the services booked. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 5 hours of the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the client 100% missed appointment fee. I do not offer refunds for services, under any circumstances. There are no exceptions to this policy. If there are any problems experienced, this should be reported to me within 48 hours to avoid additional fees. Due to the nature of this service, I kindly ask that you do not bring any extra guests or children with you to your appointment. Each appointment is exclusive to you only. Our policies stated above are non negotiable and apply to each client, therefore please read this thoroughly before scheduling services with us.
